Shipping How soon will you process my order? Orders received during business hours will be processed that day. Orders received after business hours will be processed early on the next business day. When will my order ship? Most orders will ship in 1-2 business days. All orders ship within 2-3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday. How long will it take for my order to arrive at my front door? Most orders arrive at their destination within one week from the date the order is placed. However, we suggest you allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive at your door. Can I get expedited shipping? We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. My order is a gift. Can I have it sent to my gift recipient directly? To have your order sent to your gift recipient, enter their address as the “Ship To” address when you checkout. You will also have the option at checkout to include a gift message for your recipient on the packing slip for your order. Will I be able to track my package? Your package will be shipped by UPS or FedEx. Your tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Do you offer international shipping? We will email you back within one business day with the RMA number and complete instructions for completing your return. Will I receive a full refund? We will refund the purchase price less shipping and handling fees for your order.
