Why should I shop with Sweet Dreams My Child?

• Responsive Customer Service – All email and voice mail received during business hours will be returned on the same business day that it is received. Email and voice mail received after business hours will be returned early on the next business day.



• Personal Attention - Each order will be assigned to one customer service representative who will keep you informed on the status of your order through personal email.



• No Backorder Surprises - We strive to keep our website up to date regarding the availability of items. Items available for order are ready to ship in 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday. We will not ship you a partial order leaving you to wait weeks for an item on backorder. Rarely, an item ordered may come up on backorder. In the rare event that this would happen, you will be notified within one business day by email and given the option to either cancel your order or hold the shipment of your order until the item is back in stock. We will not charge your credit card for your order until your personal customer service representative has verified that each item in your order is ready to ship. If you choose to wait for an item on backorder, your card will then be charged.



• Extensive Selection - We work closely with our suppliers and are able to provide our customers with an extensive selection of accessories to coordinate with your choice in bedding for your baby’s nursery or child’s room.

Shipping

How soon will you process my order?

Orders received during business hours will be processed that day. Orders received after business hours will be processed early on the next business day.

When will my order ship?

All orders will ship in 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday.

How long will it take for my order to arrive at my front door?

Most orders arrive at their destination within 7-10 days or less.

Can I get expedited shipping?

We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

My order is a gift. Can I have it sent to my gift recipient directly?

To have your order sent to your gift recipient, enter their address as the “Ship To” address when you checkout.

Will I be able to track my package?

Your package will be shipped by UPS or FedEx or USPS. Your tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer international shipping?

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Do you offer shipping to APO addresses?

We do not offer shipping to APO addresses at this time.

Do you offer shipping to Hawaii and Alaska?

We do not offer shipping to Hawaii and Alaska at this time.

Special note to our Chicago customers:

Starting April 1st, 2012 we are unable to ship bumpers (which are included in our 9 piece crib sets) to the city of Chicago, Illinois due to the ban of crib bumpers.

Any crib set order including a crib bumper shipping to Chicago after April 1st will not be processed; these will be automatically canceled and refunded.

Refund Policy

What if I get the product and don’t like it?

Returns are hassle free. E-mail us at service@sweetdreamsmychild.com us requesting a RMA number within 30 days of receipt of your order. We will email you back within one business day with the RMA number and complete instructions for completing your return.

Will I receive a full refund?

We will refund the purchase price less shipping and handling fees for your order. If you have received free shipping on your order, you will be refunded the purchase price less a shipping and handling fee of $15.00.
