- No Backorder Surprises - We strive to keep our website up to date regarding the availability of items. Items available for order are ready to ship in 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday. We will not ship you a partial order leaving you to wait weeks for an item on backorder. Rarely, an item ordered may come up on backorder. In the rare event that this would happen, you will be notified within one business day by email and given the option to either cancel your order or hold the shipment of your order until the item is back in stock. We will not charge your credit card for your order until your personal customer service representative has verified that each item in your order is ready to ship. If you choose to wait for an item on backorder, your card will then be charged.
