Thank you for your interest in Sweet Dreams My Child. Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Marcia Carlson. I am the owner and founder of Sweet Dreams My Child. At Sweet Dreams My Child, we are working hard to develop a reputation of excellent customer service. This is what distinguishes us from other stores.

When you place an order with us, you can expect the personal customer service and attention you deserve. When you place an order, you will be assigned a personal representative. Your representative will send you a personal e-mail within one business day (Monday-Friday) to notify you that your order has been processed. Your representative will also e-mail you tracking information for your order as soon as it is available. (Most orders will ship in 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday.) Your representative will monitor the progress of your shipment and follow up upon delivery with an e-mail containing contact information and a link for you to rate your experience with Sweet Dreams My Child.

Shipping information:

Most orders will ship in 1-2 business days. All orders ship within 2-3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday. Most orders arrive at their destination within one week from the date the order is placed. However, we suggest you allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive at your door.

We currently ship to the continental United States only. Our minimum order limit is $16.

Rates:

Shipping rates are based on your order total before tax. Sales tax will only be charged for orders shipped within Colorado. Orders over $125.00 will be shipped free.

Your order may be shipped by UPS or FedEx. At the time your order is shipped we will provide you, by e-mail, tracking information for your order. Please note that your order may be shipped by more than one carrier depending upon the size and weight. Following are the options that may be used to ship your order.

Your order should arrive in 7-10 business days. Please inspect your order at the time of receipt. Damages incurred during delivery must be reported to us within 48 hours. Please call our toll-free number or e-mail us about any damages. From time to time, we may experience shipping delays with a carrier. If your order does not arrive within the expected shipping time, please e-mail us. We will contact the carrier to determine the status of your shipment.

Return Policy No Hassle 100% Satisfaction Guarantee:

Purchases from SweetDreamsMyChild.com may be returned within 30 days of receipt for any reason. You will not be charged a restocking fee for items returned according to our policy. Items must be returned in the unwashed original condition, with all of the original packaging. Items that have been washed are not eligible for return. To return an item, complete the following steps.

1. E-mail us to receive your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Any order returned without first receiving a RMA will be charged a 10% restocking fee. A restocking fee will not be charged for returns with a RMA.



2. Send the item in its original packaging with all parts, accessories and instruction manuals. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to us.



3. Purchase insurance for your returned item and use a trackable shipping method. We can not provide a refund until an item is received and are not responsible for items lost in return shipping.



4. Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price less all shipping and handling fees for items returned in their original condition.



5. A refund of the price paid less all shipping and handling costs will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Refunds will only be provided for items returned in their original condition.



6. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is being returned because it is damaged or defective. Please see the section on damaged and defective orders below.



7. Please note for returns of products offered with free shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. An estimate of outbound shipping costs will be provided before a purchase at your request. Send requests to service@sweetdreamsmychild.com.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise:

If your order arrives damaged of defective, please e-mail us or call our toll-free number within 48 hours. We will assist you in one of the following ways:

• We will contact the manufacturer for you to obtain any replacement parts needed, which will be shipped at no cost to you.



• If this can not remedy the problem, we will assist you in arranging for prepaid shipping return or replacement or the item. Once the returned item is received we will issue you a full refund to the original form of payment used for the purchase or ship your replacement.



• In order to receive a refund for your shipping costs, you must process the return through customer service.

Cancellation of Orders:

Once an order has been shipped, it may not be canceled. If delivery is refused, the items will be accepted according to our return policy. Refunds will only be issued for the purchase price less all shipping costs, both outbound and inbound.

Back-orders:

We strive to keep information up to date regarding availability of items offered on our website. However, from time to time an item may come up on backorder. If this happens, you will be contacted within one business day. Your credit card will not be charged. You will be given an option at this time to cancel your order. We will not ship partial orders without your consent.
