Purchases from SweetDreamsMyChild.com may be returned within 30 days of receipt for any reason. You will not be charged a restocking fee for items returned according to our policy. Items must be returned in the unwashed original condition, with all of the original packaging. Items that have been washed are not eligible for return. To return an item, complete the following steps.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise:
- E-mail us at email@example.com to receive your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please include your name and order number from your confirmation email. Any order returned without first receiving a RMA will be charged a 10% restocking fee. A restocking fee will not be charged for returns with a RMA.
- Send the item in its original packaging with all parts, accessories and instruction manuals. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to us.
- Purchase insurance for your returned item and use a trackable shipping method. We can not provide a refund until an item is received and are not responsible for items lost in return shipping.
- Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price less all shipping and handling fees for items returned in their original condition. Please note if you have received free shipping on your order, you will be refunded the purchase price less a shipping and handling fee of $15.00.
- A refund of the price paid less shipping and handling costs will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Refunds will only be provided for items returned in their original condition.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is being returned because it is damaged or defective. Please see the section on damaged and defective orders below.

Cancellation of Orders:
- We will contact the manufacturer for you to obtain any replacement parts needed, which will be shipped at no cost to you. In most cases we will need to have pictures of the damaged or defective item emailed to us in order to process the claim
- If this can not remedy the problem, we will assist you in arranging for prepaid shipping return or replacement or the item. Once the returned item is received we will issue you a full refund to the original form of payment used for the purchase or ship your replacement.
- In order to receive a refund for your shipping costs, you must process the return through customer service.
Once an order has been shipped, it may not be canceled. Refusal of delivery will result in a 20% restocking fee. All actual shipping costs, both outbound and inbound will also be charged.Back-orders:
We strive to keep information up to date regarding availability of items offered on our website. However, from time to time an item may come up on backorder. If this happens, you will be contacted within one business day. Your credit card will not be charged. You will be given an option at this time to cancel your order. We will not ship partial orders without your consent.
