All orders will ship in 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday. Please allow 7-10 days for your order to arrive at your door. Please provide a current billing address to allow us to process your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping rates are based on your order total before tax. Sales tax will only be charged for orders shipped within Colorado. Orders over $125.00 will be shipped free.

Your order may be shipped by UPS, FedEx or USPS. At the time your order is shipped we will provide you, by e-mail, tracking information for your order. Please note that your order may be shipped by more than one carrier depending upon the size and weight.
Your order should arrive in 7-10 days. Please inspect your order at the time of receipt. Damages incurred during delivery must be reported to us within
48 hours. Please call our toll-free number or
e-mail us about any damages. From time to time, we may experience shipping delays with a carrier. If your order does not arrive within the expected shipping time, please
e-mail us. We will contact the carrier to determine the status of your shipment.
Special note to our Chicago customers:Starting April 1st, 2012 we are unable to ship bumpers (which are included in our 9 piece crib sets) to the city of Chicago, Illinois due to the ban of crib bumpers.
Any crib set order including a crib bumper shipping to Chicago after April 1st will not be processed; these will be automatically canceled and refunded.
